Suzanne Ramsey started full-time as a deputy clerk of court working at the reception desk and organizing concealed hand gun permits Monday.A University of Virginia's College at Wise graduate in criminal justice, Suzanne has worked the past two-years as an assistant to Commonwealth's Attorney Chad Dotson. She initially started her career at the courthouse as a GIS DEVELOP Scholar in the Clerk of Court office as a senior in college.
Suzanne will assist in the preperation of court notices and orders, assist with marriage license issuance and civil cermonies, and record deeds. She is also being trained to work as a criminal courtroom clerk with Joe Kirk.
